Thermographic survey

Sanrachana Provides Thermographic survey services for structures; the images thus obtained are helpful in identifying the areas of dampness leading to source of leakages. This is helpful in targeted application of PU injection grouting systems and implementation of waterproofing or repair services required to stop the dampness or leakages.

The image above shows damp areas at the corner of the terrace garden which was among the source of leakage to floor below; this was useful in carrying out precise grouting and selection of waterproofing system and application areas to arrest leakages.

PU Grouts

Sanrachana provides PU injection services to stop leakages in areas such as underground storage and water tanks, basement walls, underground shafts, tunnels, water holding and process related industrial structures, etc. PU injection foam and grout provides an instant solution to arrest water seepages and leakages.

Specialized waterproofing coatings

Apart from conventional waterproofing of brickbat with IPS and china mosaic overlay; Sanrachana provides waterproofing solutions with various liquid and spray apply coating systems. These include liquid Poly Urethane with reinforcement, modified bitumen, APP membranes, acrylic coating systems, potable grade coatings for tanks, as well as PVC and TPO membranes.

Special grade coatings and linings are required to protect surface of concrete from aggressive working environment such as acid, alkalis, etc. this includes high build epoxy coatings, GFRP linings for tank sides, floors, etc. are also provided.

Allied services related to above item of works such as surface repairs, grouting’s, drainage systems, etc. as necessary for complete installation for an effective waterproofing systems are also available.
