Sanrachana believes in providing better service experience to clients; and to achieve that we train our field and technical manpower on regular basis. To upgrade their skills and knowledge base with respect to current technological developments and product applications we conduct various external and inhouse training programmes.
Trained workforce
Sanrachana in association with “Pan IIT Alumni Reach for India (PARFI)” has designed a 3-month full time residential curriculum to develop the skills of site manpower in field of structural repair and retrofitting. The programme for ground workforce consists of both classroom as well as field training cum application on actual elements covering a wide array of topics on conventional and advanced FRP systems such as safety training, scaffolding systems, corrosion treatment, grouting, plastering, shuttering and micro concrete repair, polymer and epoxy mortar applications, FRP systems application. Site applicator must successfully complete this 3-month training programme before they are induced for site work.

To inculcate and maintain the habit of quality, safety and proper technical practices during project execution in our working we regularly train all our staff both through in house and external agencies at frequent intervals which helps to upgrade their knowledge base and in turn empowers us to maintain and further improve the standard of service. Regular updates are taken on technological advancement in the industry and use of latest techniques and digital equipment’s is promoted so that our clients get the best of the service available in the industry.
